The AGM is an important part of the governance cycle of SEDA. It is an opportunity for the board to share the challenges and successes of the organization and hear from its membership. There will be an opportunity for dialogue with members at the AGM . The membership will vote on motions brought forward, appointments to the Board of Directors, review audited financial statements, and elect auditors for the new year. For the purposes of the AGM only clubs with paid memberships can vote.

- Support SEDA's Values, and Guiding Principles
- Meets 6-8 times per year
- Send a short bio and the name of a SEDA member who nominates you to info@saskdebate.com.
