- National Style Debate
- Novice & Open divisions (students in grades 9 to 12)
- French division (style national canadien) if registration permits
- 2 rounds prepared debate, one round impromptu debate
- 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- $15 tournament fee per student. Subsidies available. Teams that cancel less than 24 hours before the tournament will still owe tournament fees.
Motion
This house would ban cryptocurrency.
Students should come prepared to speak on both sides of the motion. A motion brief is availible under documents to download.
Registration
There is a 44 team maximum. Preference will be given to teams who pay and register their judge first.
All teams must provide one judge for the event. Teams that do not provide a judge may be unable to compete.
A registration form must be filled out for each student. If you do not have a partner, SEDA will do its best to match you with a partner.
